The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer. If a loss in value of a product is due to the fact that the product was used in a way that is not necessary to check its condition, the customer shall be liable for this loss in value.

It is pointed out that the right of withdrawal according to section 18 (1) number 3 Austrian FAGG does not exist if goods are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.
